I am starting the sign-up sheet for the Atlanta Falcons Friday August 14 Home Game. Please see the attached sign-up sheet. All must be 18 years old or older to work. We are required to wear all black, to include shoes, socks, belt, pants and t-shirt with no logos showing including the shoes The work schedule is below and the signup sheet is attached. This is great way to pay for Band Camp, next year’s Band Trip to Chicago, Instrument Rental or Band Shoes. All monies earned go directly into your band student's account. No special skills are required.
ATLANTA FALCONS GAME WORK
We have signed on to help at the Georgia Dome with special events. Our first events will be checking tickets and being customer service for all Atlanta Falcons home games (including pre-season) see the game schedule below. We will be providing transportation to and from the Dome, parking, and shirts. Our staff will be required to wear all black, to include shoes, socks, belt, pants and t-shirt with no logos showing including the shoes. There can be no variation on this.
We will need 13 people each game plus 2 supervisors. If all goes well our numbers will increase dramatically, and other events will be added such as Concerts, Major Bowl games and Championship games.
The pay to your organization or self will be $9.50 per hour. Great opportunity and fun on top of that. We will meet at Oakwood Park and Ride each day.

West Hall Band Parents,
We are quickly approaching West Hall's "Heaven on Earth" Band Camp for 2015-16. For some of you, this week will be the first time your child is with the West Hall High School Band of Silver. We are looking forward to welcoming you and your children into our band family. We are all very excited to get this camp going and we have great things planned.
In an effort to make things run a bit smoother at the camp, we are in need of 6-8 volunteers additional to assist during the camp. We need 4 people each day to serve lunch and help with cooking. We need a grill person on Tuesday and Wednesday. The main thing is to serve the kids quickly and efficiently. We also need 1-2 people to help out with the kids all day. I promise these are VERY easy but extremely important tasks. These adults will help Mr. Phillips and the staff keep the students safe and healthy during their work at camp. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are able to offer your time. Ideally, I would love to have several people so that no single person has to cover more than one shift.
