Hello Everyone, we are very excited about our football season thus far. Our young men are working hard, our fans are cheering loud, and our community is stepping up. It is a great time to be a Spartan these days and we are so proud of those in our community that partner with us to make it all possible. We have forged a deep friendship and partnership with Chick-Fil-A in Flowery Branch at Stonebridge Village, so we thought it would be great if the Entire Spartan Nation would join us on Tuesday, Sept 30th at 7pm for Spartan Spirit Night at Chick-Fil-A. We will have games, food, and fun with our varsity player and cheerleaders.
We want to say “thank you” to the staff and leaders at Chick-fil-a by doing what we Spartans do best, showing up!! Let me hear you sound off at the Spartan Spirit Night at Stonebridge Village Chick-Fil-A at 7pm on this Tuesday Night as we prepare to battle East Hall in two weeks!!
IF you can’t make it at 7pm…go ahead and stop by anytime during the day and tell them you appreciate their support of all our West Hall Students…they support the cheerleaders, band, Jr Spartans, and many more!!!

Chaperones are needed for this Friday's game at Dawson County High. Buses will be leaving at 6PM. If you can and would like to be a chaperone for this trip, please contact Debbie Oliver (firstname.lastname@example.org) ASAP!
Cheesecake orders need to be turned in by this Thursday, Sept. 25th (we are extending it a couple of days to get a few more orders in). Please make sure you put your order slip (with your student's name on it) and check(s) in an envelope. Put the student's name and cheesecake orders on the envelope. Seal the envelope and put in the treasurer's box in the band room. If your student's name is not on there they may not get credit for it because we won't know who sold the cheesecakes. Student's get a large percentage of the revenue from this fundraiser to pay for trips, camps, uniforms, e
If you have not paid your deposit for Gatlinburg we MUST have them this week! We can not book the buses or make the hotel reservations until we have a deposit from everyone going. It is $75 per person. Please get this in this week. The total for the trip is $250 per person.
This week we travel to North Oconee High School in Bogart, GA. According to mapquest that is about 51 minutes away. The theme this week is Western. Hopefully the Spartans will keep this winning streak going, so come and cheer them on! Kickoff is at 7:30PM, the cost is $7.00 per person to get in.
The students will NOT go home after school on Friday. They should bring everything they need with them to school Friday morning. The band boosters are providing dinner (this is one of the things that our fundraising money can be used for so please remember that when we have fundraisers!). They plan to leave the school at 5PM and be back around 11:30PM. The band is not currently scheduled to perform on the field due to N. Oconee's Homecoming.
There is a photographer at the school now who is also at the games. They have some great pictures of some of the band kids. If anyone is interested go to their website and take a look, I am sure it will be updated each week with new ones. I don't know them, and I don't know how much they charge if you want a print.
