Please send in your next NYC Trip Payment by Nov. 22nd (that is the last day of school before Thanksgiving break).
We have to make another payment to the travel agency on the first of December.
By the end of November everyone should have paid $400 per person going on the trip. We will have 3 more payments after this: Jan. 2014-$150/Feb. 2014-$150/March 2014-$150.
Everything has to be paid in full to the travel agency before we leave (April 4-8, 2014).
Make checks payable to West Hall Band and in the memo section put who's trip you are paying for and NYC so it is applied to the correct person(s).
If you have been fundraising (working the races, selling fruit, etc.) those monies will be put in your regular band account as soon as we receive payment from them. You will then need to fill out a Transfer Funds form to get that money put in your trip account.
