SCHOOL INSTRUMENT RENTAL APPLICATION
Due August 21st for all students using a school owned instrument. You MUST complete this application before renting an instrument from West Hall Middle School Band! School instruments should be reserved for students who cannot afford to rent their own instrument, or students renting instruments not always available in music stores (baritone/euphonium, tuba, French horn, tenor or bari saxophone, oboe, bassoon, bass clarinet, and some percussion.)
