Letterman Jacket Qualifications
To participate in the band program, students must have an up-to-date copy of several forms on-file with the band office. (All forms are located in the Band Handbook- located in the band members only section of the website)
- The band is an active group. On rare occasions, students may become ill or injured while traveling with the band. The health form gives vital information to the band nurse and other healthcare workers so that students may be properly cared for.
- The parent/guardian release form gives these healthcare workers the legal jurisdiction to care for students should they be in need. The safety and well-being of all students is the number-one priority!
- We strive to maintain an active organization that embraces media technology. In doing such, it is important that we have parent approval to use photographs and video taken of the band that may include your child. That is why we require a media consent form for each student.
